Making the right dietary choices is essential to achieve top performance. However, finding a balance in choosing a healthy diet, attuned to training and competitions, is not easy. The expert at Cyclinglab in the field of (sports) nutrition, certified (sports) dietician and ISAK antropometrist, Tessa Neefjes, helps you to make the right choices.

The intake & consultations for sports nutrition take place primarily online via Microsoft Teams.

Individual consultation

For individual (sports) nutrition questions & specific nutrition plans (for injuries)
€ 20,- per 15 minutes (+ possible administration time)

Basic sports nutrition package

-Comprehensive personal intake interview
-Personal sports nutrition advice for 1 rest day & 1 training day
Follow-up consultation (30 minutes)
€ 199,- Reimbursement from the  health insurance is (in some cases) possible.

Extensive sports nutrition package

-Comprehensive personal intake interview and nutritional analysis
-Analysis of current diet
-Personal sports nutrition advice for 1 rest day & 2 training days
-Personalized drinking plan
Comprehensive follow-up consultation (60 minutes)
€ 299, – Reimbursement from the health insurance is (in some cases) possible.

For whom

Nutrition plans for cyclists are meant for every cyclist who wants to lose weight in a responsible way, but also for the cyclist who is in doubt about his food intake and wants to cycle 150 km without any nutritional problems. Our nutrition plans for cyclists are therefore not only a dietary plan that you can simply follow, but also includes sports nutrition and the sense and nonsense of dietary supplements. With a good balance between nutrition and training, training sessions are even more effective and progression is greater.
